Dario H Marchena Jr., LCSW, Founder of DHM Healing Arts

Bilingual Clinician obtaining his Post-Master’s Cert, in Advanced Assessment and Diagnosis from New York University; Master of Social Work Degree from Fordham University; Post-Grad Certificate in Non/For Profit Organizational Leadership and Master’s in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University; and a BS and AAS in Aviation Studies from Excelsior College. Dario is a retired US Army OEF veteran and retired law enforcement officer/pilot.

Dario utilizes an eclectic approach incorporating best practices from DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Psychoeducation with a wide range of counseling experience across a variety of treatment settings that include Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, private group practice, non-profit community based services, and the VA-VetCenter. Dario serves adolescents, adults, children, couples, and groups.
